To promote access to psychiatric services in under-served communities and to expand
the capacity and competencies of the psychiatric workforce.

Goals

1: Provide psychiatric services to both insured and uninsured adults with mental illness.


2: Provide financial assistance for treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with mental illness who cannot afford services. 


3: Mobilize resources (including virtual) in under-served communities needing in-person or remote psychiatry and psychotherapy.
